As part of George E. Brown Network for Earthquake Engineering
Simulation(NEES) program, the Tsunami Basin is designed as a

and is also be used by the broader community for

Wavemaker

TWB is equipped with a large-stroke, directional wavemaker with active
wave absorption.
Data Acquisition

- Input Range: ± 50 mV to ± 10 V
- Signal Trigger: Analog, Digital
- Anti-aliasing Filters: 64 Channel
Models and instrumentation can be supported via unistrut along basin
floor or by overhead carriage
